We require a proof of identity and a proof of residence document from you. Proof of identity can be a valid passport (for all non-residents), driving license or national ID card. As a proof of residence, we can accept a utility bill or bank statement showing your full name and address, and that is dated within the last three months.

We will require proof of identity and proof of residence for all directors and beneficial owners. We will also require the certificate of incorporation and memorandum of articles of association. Yes, you can have up to two trading accounts. You can open additional accounts anytime via your Clients Area (trader.finveo.mu) by selecting ‘Accounts Summary’ and then ‘Add Live Account’.
To close your trading account please email support@finveo.mu and request a full withdrawal of funds if you haven’t already done so.
We will disable your account if there is zero balance and no activity for more than three months. Unlike other brokers, we will not charge an admin fee for this, and we are able to reactivate it anytime you wish to resume your trading. If you wish to reactivate, please send your request from your registered email address to support@finveo.mu.

In Forex as in all trading markets, to go long means to buy asset with expectation that your position will rise in value. To go short means once when you sell position on trading market expectation is that same position value fall. Traders are guided by old saying: “Buy low, sell high“.
We have negative balance protection which means that you can only lose money you have on your account, nothing more than that. We are also equipped with Margin call and Stop out level.

Holding costs/Swaps are applied to your account on a daily basis. In some cases, particularly if you hold positions for a long time, sum of these holding costs may exceed the amount of any profits.
